An expert or engineer shuttle differs from a one-off hire because small errors in a shift, gate or pickup can repeat every day. Scope should follow a route survey and operating data, not broad promises of universal punctuality or a thirty-minute replacement everywhere.

1. Survey routes and shifts

Provide residences, factory gates, shift start and finish, working days, overtime pattern, passenger count, equipment, plate registration and the person authorized to change the schedule.

Survey near the real travel period to identify legal stopping and turning points. Use a travel-time range; one test run cannot guarantee every future day.

2. Define the vehicle and driver model
