Step 4 – Journey & Trip Completion

All vehicles in our fleet are maintained regularly according to manufacturer schedules. Before each trip, drivers perform basic checks (tires, lights, air conditioning, fuel). If a vehicle encounters technical issues during the journey, Faifo Express will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

Driver Standards

All drivers have appropriate licenses for their vehicle type, experience driving Central Vietnam routes, and are trained in service etiquette. Drivers are not permitted to smoke on the vehicle or suggest shopping stops outside the itinerary that you haven’t requested.

[!TIP] Hoi An Ancient Town: Cars are not allowed in the old town core during certain hours. The driver will take you to the nearest parking area and wait there – this is a local regulation, not a service inconvenience.

[!NOTE] Hoi An – My Son route: The road from km 15 to km 22 has some narrow and steep sections. With larger groups, 16-seat vehicles can still travel this route but journey time may be 10–15 minutes longer than expected.
