Absolutely. All Faifo Express quotes are all-inclusive, covering fuel, driver salary, tolls, parking and airport fees (if applicable).

How far in advance should I book to guarantee a car?

For popular routes (airport, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills), booking 2–4 hours ahead is usually fine. For 16-seat vehicles or long-distance intercity trips, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the right vehicle is available. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you have with your schedule.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes. We provide free child safety seats on all vehicles. Please note this requirement in your booking form.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
