Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
For standard short-distance routes (Da Nang to Hoi An, airport transfers), NO deposit is required. You simply pay the driver directly at the end of your trip. For 16-seater vehicles or full-day rentals, please arrange a 30% advance deposit.
Can I change or cancel my booking at the last minute?
We understand travel plans can change. You can cancel your transfer free of charge with at least 2 hours' notice. If you need to adjust your pickup time, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance so we can reschedule your vehicle accordingly.
